These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by the Gloria Livestock Raisers Agriculture Cooperative (“GLOLIVCO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The content on this website — including information about our services, programs, membership requirements and livestock farming tips — is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice and does not constitute professional veterinary, legal or financial advice. For decisions about your animals or farm, please consult a licensed veterinarian, your Municipal Agriculture Office or the appropriate professional.

3. Membership and services

Information about membership on this website is not an offer or a contract. Membership in GLOLIVCO, members’ rights and obligations, share capital, fees and access to services are governed by our Articles of Cooperation, By-laws and policies, the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008 (Republic Act No. 9520) as amended, and the rules of the Cooperative Development Authority. In case of conflict, those documents prevail over this website.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• send spam, malicious code or false, defamatory or offensive content through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or databases, or disrupt its operation;
• scrape, copy or republish the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• impersonate GLOLIVCO, its officers or any other person.

The GLOLIVCO name, logo and seal, and the text, graphics and design of this website are owned by or licensed to the cooperative and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.
